摘要 PURPOSE: A customer calling system and method thereof are provided to reduce calculation quantity for determining the call order of a client by determining interruption according to a group unit. The entry information for the end order of the normal client is deleted from the extracted entry information groups(142). When the uncertain normal customer is existed in the extracted entry information groups, the end order normal customer is extracted from the entry information(143). After the extracted normal customer is determined, a call order for preset entry people is determined(146).
