PURPOSE: A grating trench cover made of artificial stone and manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain excellent corrosion resistance and rigidity at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a grating trench cover made of artificial stone is as follows. Recycled aggregates collected from construction sites are smashed in a size of 1~2cm. Natural stone powders are manufactured by mixing 45~55wt% white mica powders with 45~55wt% auxiliary additive stone powders. Composite materials are manufactured by mixing 2.3~2.7wt% glass fibers, 18~22wt% FRP in a liquid state, the natural stone powders of 58~62wt%, and the 14~15wt% recycled aggregates. |
