PURPOSE: An input processing method using an external device and a recording medium in which a program performing the method is recorded is provided to conveniently control an application program executed in a computing device in a remote mote by using a portable electronic device using various application programs. CONSTITUTION: Component information, including attribute and handle information about user input components among UI(User Interface) components included in an execution screen of an application program, is generated. The component information is transmitted to a remote control device(S525). Event information corresponding to user input is received from the remote control device outputting a UI screen generated by using the component information(S540). A selection UI component corresponding to the handle information according to the event information is recognized(S545). An input process according to the selection UI component is performed in the application program(S550). |
