PURPOSE: A safe brassiere is provided to prevent the breast of a female from drooping and to enable a user to satisfy the style of clothes. CONSTITUTION: A safe brassiere comprises a bias tape(20), extrusion pressing units(26), and an oppression release unit(25). The extrusion pressing unit is formed on the bias tape at a constant interval. The oppression release unit is installed on the bias tape. The extrusion pressing unit adheres closely to the breast. The oppression release unit does not press the blood vessel or lymphatic vessel.
