HOLLOW FALSE TWISTED YARNS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating hollow false twist yarn is provided to optimize production speed, over feed rate, and draw ratio and to prevent hollow damage and adsorption. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating hollow false twist yarn comprises: a step of feeding polyester filament hollow yarn to a first heater(3) in a false twister(10) in 1.5-3% of over feed rate; a step of passing the yarn through a heater and twisting; and a step of passing the yarn through first(2) and second(5) feeder rollers. The temperature of the first heater is 170-200 Deg. C.
