PURPOSE: A governor spring tester is provided to prevent the damage of a spring by conveniently testing the elasticity of a governor without separating the spring mounted on the governor. CONSTITUTION: A governor spring tester comprises an oil pressure generator(100), a pressure sensor(200), a position sensor(300), and a controller. The oil pressure generator supplies oil pressure to a supply port(12). The pressure sensor measures the pressure of the oil pressure supplied from the oil pressure generator. The position sensor is coupled to the outside of a cylinder(10). One end of the position sensor is coupled to a press member(50) in a state of penetrating through a housing(20) so that the displacement of the press member can be measured. The controller calculates the elasticity modulus of a spring(60) from the pressure and displacement measuring with the pressure sensor and the position sensor. |
