PURPOSE: A situation inspection method of a motor and a motor characteristic inspection device are provided to inspect situations of the motor installed on the facility without separation. CONSTITUTION: A voltage vector change amount calculation unit(23) calculates change amount of a voltage vector from three-phase counter electromotive force wave form. The three-phase counter electromotive force wave form is created by operating an actuator of a three-phase motor with external force. A speed change amount detecting unit(21) detects change amount of speed of the actuator in the predetermined angular range. A counter electromotive force fixed number calculating unit(25) calculates counter electromotive force fixed number from the change amount of the voltage vector and the change amount of the speed. |
