PURPOSE: A fluid dispensing valve is provided to simplify assembly and release processes by stably and conveniently fixing a spool packing, a spool guide bush, and a fluid guide ring without other tools. CONSTITUTION: A fluid dispensing valve comprises a volume chamber body(10), a volume chamber cap(14), a fluid cylinder part(20), and a spool housing(30). The volume chamber body has an internal volume chamber(12). The volume chamber cap is coupled and fixed at the top of the volume chamber body. The fluid cylinder part comprises a volume chamber piston(24) in which a rod(22) is integrated with the internal volume chamber, and flows in and out of fluid charged in the internal volume chamber while lifting upward and downward according to the supply direction of the fluid. The spool housing is installed in one side of the fluid cylinder part and comprises a spool(80).
