PURPOSE: A filter member for a syringe is provided to improve the inhalation of an injection solution and to filter foreign materials contained in the injection solution. CONSTITUTION: A filter member for a syringe comprises a needle holder(210), a filter block(230), a filter(250), and a connecting cap(270). The needle holder is combined with a needle through sealant and forms a first installation unit and a second installation unit. In the filter block, a spiral jaw contacting the outer circumference of a pressing rib is formed. In the base of the spiral jaw, a stopper is formed. The filter is formed in the shape of a pad and is inserted into the mounting groove of the filter block. The connecting cap is inserted into the second installation unit and forms a communication hole.
