PURPOSE: A heat exchange system using fusion of geothermal and hydrothermal energy is provided to rapidly absorb geothermal heat and the heat energy from underground water by installing heat exchange units in a plurality of water vein layers. CONSTITUTION: A heat exchange system using fusion of geothermal and hydrothermal energy comprises a guide pipe(30), a soil stratum casing(40), and first/second heat exchange units(10,20). The soil stratum casing is installed in an upper edge part of the guide pipe. The soil stratum casing prevents the soil from collapsing, and protects the guide pipe. The soil stratum casing comprises a blocking plate(41) and a support flange. The blocking plate prevents the inflow of polluted surface water into underground water(W). The support flange stably supports the guide pipe. Upper distributing heads and lower distributing heads are respectively connected to upper and lower parts of the first/second heat exchange units. Barriers are installed in the upper and lower distributing heads, and divides the guide pipe into an inflow side and an outflow side.
