PURPOSE: A complex production apparatus for sweet pasta and popcorn is provided to enable users to produce the sweet pasta and popcorn at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A complex production apparatus for sweet pasta and popcorn comprises the following: a sweet pasta deep fryer(1) and a popcorn rotating rod(2) combined to one pot on the upper side; a heating device(4) applying heat to a fryer for frying the sweet pasta; the fryer capable of being separated from the apparatus using the rotating rod for producing the popcorn; a de-oiler(8) removing oil from the fried sweet pasta; a de-oiling handle(5) for de-oiling the sweet pasta; an oil piping(6) receiving the oil from the de-oiler; and a foldable product displaying stand(7) for displaying the sweet pasta and the popcorn.
