PURPOSE: A ground apparatus of a distribution line is provided to simply facilitate installation by forming a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A protection tube member(110) comprises a coupling flange(111) formed into a hollow shape, a combining hole part(113) formed in the coupling flange, a seating groove(115) formed inside the coupling flange, and a binding band(117). A ground part(120) comprises a ground wire(121) inserted into the protection tube member, a ground supporting plate(123) to insert a bottom portion of the ground wire, and a supporting plate fixing member(125) to prevent the separation of the ground supporting plate. An insulation part(130) comprises a fixed projection part, a cover flange(133) covering up the coupling flange, a supporting tube(135) having a joint groove(135a), and a resilient rubber tube member(137) sealing an exterior of a lead wire. An insulating material blocking part(140) prevents an insulating material from entering inside a protection tube.
