METHOD FOR TREATING SURFACE OF PARTICLE FOR E-PAPER USING EXTERNAL ADDITIVE OF CARBON BLACK AND PARTICLE FOR E-PAPER USING EXTERNAL ADDITIVE OF CARBON BLACK PREPARED BY USING THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for treating the surface of particles for electronic paper using an external additive made of carbon black and particles for an electronic paper using the same are provided to make carbon black react with particles at the optimum ratio wherein hydrochloric acid, glutaradehyde, and an amino group are formed in the carbon black. CONSTITUTION: Nitric acid is added to a first solution to which carbon black is added. Therefore, carbon black with an amino group is produced(S10). An ammonia solution is added to a second solution to which the carbon black is added(S20). After a bare particle is added to a third solution to which the carbon black is added, a reaction preparation solution is produced by distribution of bare particles. Hydrochloric acid and glutaradehyde are added to the reaction preparation solution(S40).
