PURPOSE: A cooling jacket is provided to facilitate the manufacture thereof, to increase the life thereof, and to improve cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cooling jacket comprises a jacket main body(21), light shielding members, cooling pack pockets(49), and cooling packs(51). The jacket main body has permeability and is formed in the shape of jacket. A plurality of the light shielding members is arranged in parallel with each other and intercepts light rays. A plurality of cooling pack pockets are formed in the front and back of the jacket. The cooling pack is made of polypropylene.
