PURPOSE: A transparent conductive film manufacturing method and a transparent conductive film manufactured by the same are provided to obtain a transparent conductive film with improved conductivity, transmittance, folding resistance, and adhesive force through a simplified process. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film manufacturing method comprises the steps of: forming a conductive nano wire layer on a base material, heat-treating the conductive nano wire layer, applying conductive metal ink on the conductive nano wire layer, and heat-treating the base material with the conductive metal ink so that the conductive nano wire is electrically bridged by the conductive metal particles in the conductive metal ink.
