PURPOSE: A bio-signal measuring apparatus and method including a plurality of unit measurers are provided to measure high quality bio-signals by synthesizing bio-signals of the plurality of unit measurers to create a final outputted bio-signal. CONSTITUTION: A first unit measurer(11) measures a first bio-signal from an examinee(20). First electrodes(111,112) implement electric interfacing with the examinee's skin. A second unit measurer(12) measures a second bio-signal from the examinee. A bio-signal generator synthesizes the first and second bio-signals to create a bio-signal to be exposed through a display of a personal terminal(30).
