PURPOSE: Producing method and apparatus of a health beverage using cabbage is provided to prevent the destruction of nutrients contained in the cabbage when producing the beverage. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a health beverage using cabbage comprises the following steps: washing and cutting the cabbage and broccoli; washing and sterilizing the cut cabbage and broccoli; inserting the cabbage and broccoli into a non-woven fabric sack, and sealing the sack; inserting the non-woven fabric sack with the cabbage and broccoli into an extracting tank; supplying 100-105 deg C steam into the extracting tank for 3-6 hours for extracting the cabbage and broccoli; transferring the obtained extract to a mixing container; mixing 98.96wt% of cabbage juice, 1wt% of broccoli juice, 0.02wt% of stevia extract, and 0.02wt% of fermented pollen in the mixing container; and adding the steam and OH radical water into the mixture before stirring, sterilizing and packaging.
