<p>PURPOSE: A rear electrode substrate for a dye-sensitized solar battery and the dye-sensitized solar battery with the same are provided to include a transparent conductive film which is made by doping gallium in zinc oxide, thereby increasing electrical conductivity and permeability. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film(12) is formed on a transparent substrate(11). A light absorbing layer(20) comprises a semiconductor corpuscle(21a) and a photosensitive dye(21b). An electrolyte layer(40) is made of an electrolyte. The electrolyte layer transfers a dye by receiving an electron from a rear electrode substrate(50). A transparent conductive film(53) is formed on a transparent substrate(51).</p> |
