PURPOSE: A primer pair for determining AtSIZ LM soybean event 6 and a kit containing the same are provided to detect soybeans with high resistance to environmental stress. CONSTITUTION: A primer pair for determining AtSIZ LM soybean event 6 contains a primer pair 1 or 2. The primer pair is prepared using AtSIZ(Arabidopsis SIZ) gene cassette-inserted gene LB(left border) and RB(right border) and a soybean genome base adjacent to the LB and RB. The primer pair 1 has a forward primer of sequence number 22 and a reverse primer of sequence number 20. The primer pair 2 has a forward primer of sequence number 23 and a reverse primer of sequence number 24. A kit for determining AtSIZ LM soybean event 6 contains the primer pair.
