<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch feedback system using proximity detection to solve the problem that: a tactile sense is desired to be output at the same time when a user selects an interface button to give the user a feeling alike pressing a mechanical button; however, since it takes a certain period of time for an actuator to reach a desired amplitude, the tactile sense comes with a delay to the depression of the button causing the user to fail in recognition the tactile sense as the identical event as the depression of the button. <P>SOLUTION: The method of generating tactile sense includes the steps of detecting an object existing adjacent of an input area of an apparatus, and generating a tactile sense on the apparatus responding to the detection of the object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
