<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow examination results in the past to be utilized. <P>SOLUTION: A data management server 1 has an examination reservation DB and a backup DB. In the examination reservation DB, a patient of an examination implemented in another facility system in response to a request from each facility system, an examination condition and an examination result are made correspondent. In the backup DB, a patient of an examination implemented in each facility system without a request from the other facility system, an examination condition and an examination result are made correspondent. Upon receiving examination reservation information from a facility system 2A, the data management server 1 retrieves, with the examination reservation DB and the backup DB as targets, an examination result corresponding to the same patient and examination condition as the patient and the examination condition contained in the examination reservation information.
