<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance solid electrolytic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The solid electrolytic capacitor of the present invention comprises an anode body; a dielectric film provided on a surface of the anode body; and a first conductive polymer layer provided on the anode body.
