MANAGEMENT APPARATUS AND RADIO APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management apparatus and a radio apparatus that enable inexpensive coexistence of different radio systems dispensing with new frequency resources.

SOLUTION: The management apparatus for managing a second radio apparatus including a frequency server managing information on a frequency at which a first radio system operates and a radio station server managing information on frequencies at which second and third radio systems operate, the second and third radio systems having a frequency band overlapping with that of the first system and having lower priority than the first system, and coverage area information indicating a radio interference range includes: means for receiving system information including the information on the frequencies and coverage area information from the second radio apparatus; means for transmitting the system information received by the means to the radio station server; means for acquiring neighboring system information and permitted frequency information transmitted from the radio station server; means for deciding an operating frequency of the second radio apparatus according to the neighboring system information and permitted frequency information; and means for giving the operating frequency to the second radio apparatus.
