<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an injection-molded product constituted so as to enable suitable injection molding, and to provide the injection-molded product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the injection-molded product is characterized in that a reference temperature profile S at the time of injection of a raw material in the cavity provided in a mold is preset, the reference temperature profile S at the time of production of the injection molded product is measured as a present temperature profile X, the present temperature profile X is compared with the reference temperature profile S, the flow rate of the heating medium flowing through the flow channel provided in the mold is adjusted so that the inclination of the present temperature profile X approaches the inclination of the reference temperature profile S in a case that the inclinations of both of them are different from each other so that the temperature of the present temperature profile X approaches the temperature of the reference temperature profile S and the present temperature profile X is held to a constant state near to the inclination and temperature of the reference temperature profile S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
