The engine has a cam shaft bearing comprising a cam shaft bearing point (10) for bearing a cam shaft (11). The cam shaft bearing point includes a bearing part (12) and an oil transfer area (13) for supplying a camshaft adjusting device with resource oil. The bearing part is formed as a rolling bearing, which is arranged axially adjacent to the transfer area. A sealing element (14) seals the transfer area against the bearing part.
