METAL OXIDE CONTAINING ANTI-STATIC COATING COMPOSITION AND ANTI-STATIC COATING FILM USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An antistatic coating composition is provided to have excellent antistatic performance, to improve peeling force with an adhesive tape, to improve anti-fouling performance, to improve coatability and solvent resistance, and to have excellent and uniform antistatic property. CONSTITUTION: An antistatic coating composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a conductive polymer resin, 100-1000 parts by weight of water-dispersible polyurethane resin, 100-1000 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent resin, 10-100.0 parts by weight of a fluorinated resin, and 1-1000 parts by weight of a metal oxide, and additionally contains 0.001-10 parts by weight of surfactant based on 100.0 parts by weight of the composition. A manufacturing method of antistatic polyester film, a step of monoaxially elongating a polyester film, a step of forming an antistatic layer through in-line coating by spreading the antistatic coating composition one side or both sides of the antistatic coating composition, and a step of manufacturing a biaxially elongated polyester film by re-stretching the polyester film with the antistatic layer.
