PURPOSE: A door assembly method for a vehicle is provided to improve assembling properties through modularization by installing an inner panel and an outer panel after manufacturing a frame module before installing a glass window. CONSTITUTION: A door assembly method for a vehicle is as follows. A door module is manufactured(S110). A window glass is mounted in the door module(S120). The lifting state of the window glass is analyzed(S130). A door frame guiding the window glass is connected to the door module. A frame module is temporarily assembled(S140). The tilting operation during lifting the window glass is analyzed.
