摘要 PURPOSE: An output circuit is provided to apply enough output currents by forming a gate voltage of a fourth second conductivity type MOS(N-Channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor into a voltage level of a first power terminal. CONSTITUTION: An output circuit comprises first to fourth PMOS(P-Channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors(10-13), first to fourth NMOS transistors(14-17), and first to third constant-current sources(18-20). A gate, a source, and a drain of the first PMOS transistor are respectively connected to an input terminal, a power terminal, and an output terminal. The gate and source of the second PMOS transistor are respectively connected to the input terminal and the power terminal. The drain of the second PMOS transistor is connected to the gate and drain of the third PMOS transistor and one terminal of the first constant current source. The other terminal of the first constant current source is connected to a ground terminal. The source of the third PMOS transistor is connected to the power terminal. The gate, source, and drain of the fourth PMOS transistor are connected to the gate of the third PMOS transistor, the power terminal, and the gate and drain of the first NMOS transistor.
