PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adaptively operating an application program, configured to adaptively control activation of the application program based on a wireless channel status or a battery status.

SOLUTION: An apparatus for adaptively operating an application program comprises: an application program module comprising at least one application program; a monitoring module configured to monitor a wireless channel status or a battery status; and a control module configured to adaptively control activation of the at least one application program based on whether the wireless channel status or the battery status satisfies requirements of the at least one application program.
