<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sample paper discharge capable of detecting an image forming device contaminated in printing, in an image forming system of a tandem system. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming system of the serial tandem type has a plurality of image forming devices which include paper feed sections for storing paper sheets to be fed and are connected in series, and forms images on opposite sides of the paper sheet with different image forming devices, respectively. In the image forming system of the serial tandem system, the first image forming device 20 which forms an image on one side of the paper sheet when forming images on the opposite sides of the paper sheet feeds a paper sheet from the paper feed section of an own device and includes a control section performing control for forming a first sample image on the fed paper sheet and discharging it, and the second image forming device 40A which forms the image on the other side of the paper sheet when forming the images on the opposite sides of the paper sheet feeds a paper sheet from the paper feed section of the own device and includes a control section performing control for forming a second sample image on the fed paper sheet and discharging it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
