<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus, a consumables ordering system, and a consumables ordering method that provide emission-right-free consumables according to the frequency of use of the image formation apparatus by users, and promotes sales of the image formation device having emission right. <P>SOLUTION: When an apparatus which desires to obtain emission right information is selected in a selection window 72 displayed at a display part 503 and a "transmission" icon 726 is operated, a control part 501 displays consumables information on consumables having emission right and consumables having no emission right received from a server 101 at the display part 503. When a user selects consumables to be ordered out of that consumables that the consumables information displayed at the display part 503 represents and operates an "order slip transmission" icon 763 in an ordering window 76, the control part 501 transmits an order slip to the server 101.
