<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a situation where driving force applied from an electric actuator to a control valve is slightly changed and to suppress progression of wearing and deterioration of component parts of the electric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: A control valve 10 driven by an electric actuator 12 is energized to a prescribed opening. A control unit 21 which controls the opening operates the actuator 12 according to a difference between a target opening of the control valve 10 and a detected opening. When prescribed requirements including at least a condition that an absolute value of the difference is smaller than a prescribed value are satisfied, power supply to the actuator 11 is shut down. When the absolute value of the difference between the target opening or the detected opening and the prescribed opening is equal to or larger than the prescribed value, the power supply to the actuator 11 is continued. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
