<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage conversion module element of novel configuration in which an IC for voltage conversion is built in a multilayer wiring board without deteriorating the noise removal performance of the IC for voltage conversion, and to provide a voltage conversion module. <P>SOLUTION: In the voltage conversion module element and the voltage conversion module comprising an IC for voltage conversion mounted on one wiring pattern located inward side of a plurality of wiring patterns in a multilayer wiring board and performing voltage conversion, and a capacitor mounted on at least one of the plurality of wiring patterns so as to electrically connect an input terminal on the input side of the IC for voltage conversion and a ground terminal, the total connection length of the capacitor to the input terminal and the ground terminal of the IC for voltage conversion is set equal to or shorter than 1 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
