<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin processing apparatus in which costs can be reduced by decreasing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: A coin processing apparatus includes an escrow lever 30 and a cooperation unit 70. The escrow lever 30 is located at a reference position normally to move a first escrow gate 40 forward to a first holding passage 21 and, when a solenoid 32 is excited, on the other hand, is displaced from the reference position to move the first escrow gate 40 backward from the first holding passage 21. In the case where no coin is present in the first holding passage 21, the cooperation unit 70 moves a second escrow gate 50 backward from a second holding passage 22 in cooperation with the escrow lever 30 moving the first escrow gate 40 backward and, in the case where a coin is held in the first holding passage 21, on the other hand, maintains the state where the second escrow gate 50 is moved forward to the second holding passage 22 regardless of the escrow lever 30 moving the first escrow gate 40 backward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
