<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vulcanization time while keeping tire performance. <P>SOLUTION: A tire vulcanization method includes: an outside heating for heating green tire from the outside by a vulcanization mold including upper and lower side molds heated by upper and lower platens having a built-in first jacket and a tread mold heated by an actuator having a built-in second jacket; and a vulcanization molding cycle continuously repeating a vulcanizing process in a mold closed state and a tire discharge and charge process in a mold opened state. In the tire vulcanization method, a set temperature Tj1 of the first jacket is fixed during the vulcanization molding cycle, and a set temperature TJ2 of the second jacket includes a set temperature Tj2A of a high temperature side in a period from the latter half of the vulcanization in the last vulcanization process to the next vulcanization through the tire discharge and charge process and a set temperature Tj2B of the low temperature side in a vulcanization half way part between the vulcanization first half part and the vulcanization latter half part in the next vulcanization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
