<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyethylene which is produced by using a chromium catalyst and has excellent moldability and impact resistance and excellent balance of rigidity and durability, a method for producing the same, and a hollow plastic molding comprising the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polyethylene is produced by polymerization using a chromium catalyst (especially a chromium catalyst supporting an organic aluminum compound) and has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 30,000 or more at the maximum value in a branching degree distribution curve that exhibits the molecular weight dependency of a 4C or more short-chain branch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
