<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball pay-out device equipped with a ball-extracting mechanism 9, which can be made thin and is difficult to cause ball jamming. <P>SOLUTION: The ball pay-out device includes: ball pay-out part 8 which is arranged near the terminal end of an alignment rail 3 for aligning balls 10 in a two row form and has a rotary body for sending out the balls flowing down from the alignment rail to a put-out passage one by one; a ball passage switching valve 16 which enables an opening 14 formed in the under surface of the alignment rail to open and shut; and a ball joining part 15 which is connected to the lower end of the opening and communicates with a ball extracting passage. A regulation member 25 for aligning the balls falling from the alignment rail into one row of the ball passage part is provided inside of the ball joining part, and when the ball passage switching valve turns downward toward the inside of the ball joining part for fully opening the opening, an interval between the ball passage switching valve located inside of the ball joining part and the regulation member opposite to this is set smaller than twice the diameter of the ball. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
