<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a screen from being clogged by a simple and inexpensive constitution without using a cleaning water injection device, a drive motor and the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a screen 17 is clogged with dust X and a drum 16 stops, water overflowing from a sidewall 4a is received by a sump member 20 at a water receiving position A, and the sump member 20 is put on standby at the water receiving position A by an operation mechanism portion 25 until the weight of the received water reaches a preset value. Then, when the weight of the received water exceeds the preset value, position holding of the sump member 20 is released by the operation mechanism portion 25 and the sump member 20 is moved at once from the water receiving position A to a drain position B by the weight of accumulated water.
