<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray drying granulator that efficiently manufactures fine granulated bodies having sharp particle size distribution, by preventing coarse particles from being mixed into ceramic granules, which is produced by solidification of dry matter on a disk and separation or the like of the solidified matter, in a spray drying granulator configured to execute drying granulation by supplying ceramic slurry onto a rotating disk, and a method for manufacturing ceramic granulated bodies by using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A region in contact with slurry on a disk D has hydrophobicity. The hydrophobicity is applied to the region in contact with the slurry on the disk D by applying any one of fluororesin coating, water-repellent plating, and sticking of a fluororesin sheet thereto. The drying granulation of the slurry is executed by using a spray drying granulator provided with the disk D.
