<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that substantially holds information stored in a storage device such as an SDRAM in an appropriate method in power-saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: A multifunction machine (electronic device) includes an SDRAM and a CPU. The SDRAM is constituted as a volatile memory, and functions as a work area when a program is executed. The CPU selects information stored in the SDRAM when restored from the power saving mode that reduces the power to be consumed by at least the SDRAM, regarding the storage content holding processing for synchronization with the information stored in the SDRAM in entering the power saving mode, from multiple kinds of information to be executed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
