<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending process machine which dispenses with trial bending by performing the in-line correction of the deflection of a table during an actual bending process of a plate material. <P>SOLUTION: The machine includes: a crowning cylinder 4 which is provided in a predetermined position of a table on at least one side of a lower table 3 or an upper table 2 and with which the amount of deflection of the table, which is generated by pressurizing force, is corrected; a deflection detecting devices 5, 6 which are composed of light emitting devices 51a, 52a, 61a, 62a for emitting the light and light receiving devices 51b, 52b, 61b, 62b for receiving the light from the light emitting devices and are mounted to an upper table 2 and a lower table 3 respectively and with which the amount of deflection, generated by the pressurizing force, is detected; and a controller 7 with which a crowning cylinder 4 is driven and controlled so that the amount of deflection detected with the deflection detecting device 5 on the side of the upper table 2 and the amount of deflection detected with the deflection detecting device 6 on the side of the lower table 3 are the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
