The turbine 20 includes stationary components and rotating components and produces exhaust gases 38. A heat exchanger 32 downstream of the turbine 20 receives the exhaust gases 38 from the turbine 20, and a second compressor 48 downstream of the heat exchanger 32 receives the exhaust gases 38 from the heat exchanger 32 and provides a flow of the exhaust gases 38 to the turbine 20.
