According to the present invention, the composition for detecting proteins containing a tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial enables convenient and rapid diagnosis of various diseases since tyrosine oxide, which is a natural dye present in the body, is coupled to a biomaterial, and the tyrosine oxide-coupled biomaterial is coupled to a protein to allow the color of the protein to be easily ascertained with the naked eye or through a microscope.
