<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve productivity by forming a buffer layer and a window layer in the same PVD(Physical Vapor Deposition) process. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a support substrate(100). A light absorbing layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A zinc diffusion layer(350) is formed between the light absorbing layer and the buffer layer. A window layer(500) is formed on the buffer layer.</p> |
