<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a written material on a repair work of a building as plain for a customer as possible for enabling the same to make selection with as much satisfaction as possible. <P>SOLUTION: A repair method proposal system: displays a check sheet 28 enumerating items explaining a condition of a building requiring a repair; prepares diagnosis data 30 indicating a portion of a building possible to be a reason for the repair as well as weakness of the portion for each item, and evaluation data 40 including a stage assessment of a repair method, a repair cost to improve the weakness of the portion and the stage assessment of an effect of the repair. The repair method proposal system also has repair method selection means 52 which selects a repair method after extracting the portion requiring the repair for the item indicated in the check sheet 28 by referring to the diagnosis data 30; and prioritizing means 54 which, when a plurality of repair methods are selected, arranges the plurality of the repair methods in an order of cost-effectiveness by referring to the evaluation data 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
