<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a workflow matching an extension destination system in extending the workflow to a different system. <P>SOLUTION: An acquisition part 11 acquires conditions before and after the execution of a task of a workflow executed in a test environment 40, and a discrimination part 12 discriminates an operation system task. An identification part 13 identifies an operational object component of the operation system task. An enumeration part 14 enumerates the workflows which include the operational object component of the operation system task as an operational object, sets whether the task can be inserted into a preceding task as necessary, and then a coupling part 16 combines them as a workflow of an actual environment 50.
