<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a position calculation main body in an electronic apparatus mounted with a module for a position calculation. <P>SOLUTION: In a mobile phone 1 which comprises: a GPS processing section 10; and a host processing section 30 having a higher arithmetic processing capability than the GPS processing section 10, a GPS antenna 5 receives a GPS satellite signal sent from a GPS satellite. The GPS processing section 10 performs a satellite search with respect to the signal received by the GPS antenna 5 and calculates measurement information to be basic information to calculate a position. The host processing section 30 switches between a self-service mode where the GPS processing section 10 calculates the position based on the measurement information and a host mode where the host processing section 30 calculates the position based on the measurement information in accordance with a mode switching condition table 103 stored in a storage section 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
