<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely detect a touch position even when change ratio of capacitance caused by a touch operation at an electrode intersection point is small. <P>SOLUTION: A received signal processing part 16 that receives a response signal which is output from a reception electrode responding to a drive signal applied to a transmission electrode and outputs a detection amount at each electrode intersection point includes an integration part 35 which performs integration processing on a signal obtained by performing a predetermined processing on an output signal from the reception electrode; and a monitoring part 38 which outputs a reset signal when an integration value of the integration part reaches a predetermined value. The integration part resets the integration value to zero responding to the reset signal from the monitoring part.
