<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange an energy storage device 51 in a position that is hardly affected by heat from an engine or a motor and having maximally no influence on impact absorbing performance in a head-on collision of a vehicle 1, when arranging the energy storage device 51 in a front part of the vehicle 1. <P>SOLUTION: This energy storage device arranging structure of the vehicle includes a pair of right-left front side frames 5 extending in the vehicle longitudinal direction, crash cans 6 respectively arranged on the front ends of both front side frames 5, and the energy storage device for storing electricity.
