<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel pipe pile type landing pier whose required performance for level-2 earthquake can be satisfied without increasing the plate thickness and the diameter. <P>SOLUTION: The steel pipe pile type landing pier comprises: a steel pipe pile train consisting of a plurality of steel pipe piles 1 embedded in a sea bed ground; and a superstructure 3 constructed on the steel pipe pile train at its sections projecting on a sea level. The steel pipe piles 1 each satisfy a relationship of ϕp≥4.39×10<SP POS="POST">-3</SP>/D, where D is the diameter of the steel pipe pile 1 and ϕp is the curvature of the steel pipe pile 1 corresponding to a full plastic moment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
